About the Role:

As a Listing Agent, you’ll manage the onboarding and presentation of villas and development projects for sale under Oniriq Property. Your job is to ensure all listings are complete, accurate, visually appealing, and competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential sellers and developers.
• Collect and verify property details, photos, legal documents, and ROI projections.
• Work with marketing to ensure each listing is well represented online.
• Coordinate with owners for visits, shoots, and document completion.
• Maintain a database of properties and update statuses regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate listing, brokerage, or marketing.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for property presentation.
• Good English communication.
• Familiarity with property contracts, pricing, and owner relations.
